  The wife and I was in the mood for some Indian buffet for lunch so out of some choices, we chose this one. The place used to be called Ambassador of India but I they closed and the new owners are Bollywood Grill. The lunch menu is 11:30 to 3:00. At the time we went, it was around 1PM and there was only one other couple there with their kids. Extremely quiet which was good. Parking wasn't an issue and the place is clean. We only had interaction with two waitstaff. Upon entering, it's the usual routine - you get showed to your table and from there you help yourself to the buffet. Upon looking at the buffet, I noticed that it wasn't as extensive as some other Indian buffets I have been to, e.g. Haveli in Middletown. For example, there didn't seem to be much choices to choose from. While we were at the buffet, one of the waitstaff asked what can of Naan bread we wanted - plain or garlic. The wife chose for us - garlic. One thing I did notice at the buffet which I haven't noticed at other buffets was the addition of goat curry which was not too spicy but very tasty. I opted to have a sampling of all the chicken available (Tikka Massal, Tandori, Korma, and Vindaloo) and they were all very tasty and well seasoned. The garlic Naan was warm and very tasty. The vegetable pakora wasn't greasy and the vegetables within was adequately spiced. The Basmati rice wasn't too hot but very tasty. When we returned to our table, our glasses had water but the waitstaff offered us soft drinks or champagne and said it was no extra charge as it's built into the price already so I opted for a Coke. Overall, the service was great and friendly. I wouldn't mind returning however will do so after I have sampled a couple other buffets around the state.
